New Date: Berry Tasting Event June 10, 2023 8am-noon

Woodlake Pride invites the public to a tasting experience of a lifetime. The Berry Tasting will include many varieties of Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries and Blueberries. The tasting event is scheduled for Saturday June 10, 2023.

The tasting event begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00 noon and will take place at the Woodlake Botanical Garden located at 577 East Naranjo Blvd. in Woodlake CA.

Attendees will taste the best commercial and locally grown berries California has to offer while enjoying the beautiful gardens with the scenic backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their children.

The entry donation is $5 per person.

Children 5 years old and younger enter free.

The one-mile-long Woodlake Botanical Garden was established and is maintained by Woodlake Pride, a youth volunteer group. The garden is the first agriculture botanical garden in California. The facility includes a tropical garden, a citrus orchard, an apple orchard and several stone fruit orchards that include more than one hundred peach, plum, nectarine, apricot and cherry varieties.

The public will also see several vegetable gardens, a native plant area, as well as one of the most beautiful rose gardens in California.

Leashed dogs are welcomed.
